30 day Refund and Exchange Policy
Our goal is for you to be satisfied with the products you purchase from The Dressmaker's Shop. You have 30 days from the invoice date in which to return any items for a full refund or an exchange for the same item. For a full refund on fabric, it cannot be washed or cut. This refund or exchange policy is void if the fabric has been altered in anyway. Remember, silk is a natural fiber. Most silk fabrics are made overseas, and even hand loomed. It often has some imperfections.
